SHE CAN'T BE WHAT SHE CAN'T SEE
Architect- Natalie Ricciulli
About Natalie Ricciuli
My name is Natalie Ricciulli, growing up I always knew my career of choice would be to create great things. It had to involve art, math and be challenging enough to keep my interest for many years. Something that would be constantly changing, where I can continue to learn even after years of being in the industry. After taking geometry in High School, I realized the perfect career would be an Architect. I love the idea of designing and creating beautiful spaces, it inspired my passion. I went to a 5-year accredited Architecture program at Florida Atlantic University right out of High school. FAU has a pristine architecture program you must apply to separately from the University to get into Lower-division and once you are two years into the program, you have to reapply to be accepted into the Upper-division Architecture Program (the additional 3 years). I have always been very clear on my goals outside of college. I would work at a Design-Build firm which includes Architecture and Construction because I admire the hands on experience you get from being on site. Not only this, I knew I wanted to be the Designer of the firm! That is exactly what I found. Fast forward seven years, I am happy to say I am the Lead Architectural Designer working at Invesca Development Group. We have completed construction on my first building designed from scratch and had the amazing opportunity to also do the interior design. It has brought me so much joy, appreciation for Architecture, and more love and passion for Design the longer I get to explore this career. I have been able to not only design large scale buildings, but also do furniture design, sculpting design, landscape design, and interior design. It has been a phenomenal experience I cherish because as I complete these projects I'm not only creating spaces for people to live in but spaces where great memories are made because people feel good in the space. Transforming the way cities look one step at a time.
